Producer/Brewery ( Fukushima Prefecture / Kitanohana Brewery (Kanazawaya, Kitanohana) )

This brewery is located in Kitakata City, north of Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture. Using locally grown rice, underground water from the Iide Mountains, and Fukushima yeasts such as TUA, which can be fermented for a long time at low temperatures, and Yume yeast, which is vibrant and produces little acid, the brewery is committed to traditional hand-brewing methods, carefully brewing small amounts in small tanks.
