高知県馬路村産の香り高く良質な柚子（ゆず）を100%使用し、純米酒をベースにして造ったゆずリキュールです。
心地よいゆずの立ち上がる香り、日本酒ベールの優しい飲み口で、柚子の風味を堪能でき、サッパリとした味わいです。ソーダ割り等はもとより、アルコール度数が約6度と低アルコール仕様でもあり、割らずにロック、ストレート、又は温めても楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Gifu Prefecture / Nakajima Brewery (Kozaemon) )

This brewery is located in Mizunami City, Gifu Prefecture, and was founded in 1702. Its flagship brand, "Kozaemon," named after the founder, has been on the market since 2000.

In 2002, the company began contracting rice cultivation in its local Mizunami area, and since 2004 has been working with all of its brewers as employees, promoting sake brewing rooted in the local community.
