This special pure rice sake, "Akiagari," is made using 20% ​​Yamada Nishiki koji rice and 80% Hyogo Nishiki kakimai from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 65%, and is unpasteurized and pasteurized once.
The sake brewed in winter is bottled raw, then bottled and pasteurized (one fire) before being left to rest in the cool storehouse.
Its dry, mellow, and rich flavor can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from cold to warm.
