This special pure rice sake is made using 18% Yamada Nishiki rice for the koji rice and 82% Hyogo Nishiki rice for the rice polished to 65%, and is unfiltered and has a low alcohol content of 13%.
With a clean, refreshing taste and a lovely acidity, it is recommended as a drink to accompany meals on a hot summer day.

Producer/Brewery ( Hyogo Prefecture/Izumi Sake Brewery (Sensuke) )

This brewery in Kobe was founded during the Horeki era (mid-Edo period). It faced the hardship of losing its brewery to fire in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of 1995, but made a spectacular comeback in 2007. Its main brand, "Sensuke," comes from the name of the first brewer, "Izumi Sensuke."
