This shochu brewery, located in Minamikyushu City, Kagoshima Prefecture, was founded in 1908. Based on the philosophy of "cultivation, jar, and bond," the brewery makes use of various distillation techniques, including direct and indirect heating distillation, to produce a wide range of shochu qualities through different distillation methods.
