This brewery was founded in 1912 and is located in Yui, Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City. Its flagship brand, "Shosetsu," named after the locally born military strategist Yui Shosetsu, uses soft water from the Kamisawa River, which flows down a steep mountain, and aims to produce a sake that you will never tire of, with a harmonious blend of five flavors - sweet, spicy, bitter, astringent, and sour - and an elegant, refreshing aroma.
