This excellent value-for-money sake was created with the concept of "bringing Junmai Daiginjo closer to you." It's made with Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 50%, and uses Suigei's traditional in-house yeast, resulting in a Daiginjo brewed in small batches throughout the entire process. After bottling, it's aged in a refrigerator at -1°C.
Aiming for a well-balanced finish with the characteristic Suigei flavor and aroma, the elegant flavor spreads in the mouth, followed by a light ginjo aroma, and then a crisp, dry finish. This Junmai Daiginjo sake pairs well with food.
