This flagship product from Tosakura is a Junmai Ginjo sake brewed with Kochi Prefecture's first sake-brewing rice variety, "Gin no Yume," featuring a refreshing citrus acidity and a subtle ginjo aroma. It's made with "Takaiku No. 54," a daiginjo sake, and "Kochi Yeast A-14." Enjoy the rich flavor that matches the flavors of autumn, the ginjo aroma unique to daiginjo, and the firm acidity characteristic of Suigei. Recommended to be served chilled or at room temperature.
