This Junmai Daiginjo sake was brewed to add a touch of elegance to celebratory banquets. It is made from Omachi rice, polished to 50% and brewed with Kochi yeast AC-95, giving it the gorgeous aroma you expect from a Daiginjo sake.
By using Kochi yeast "AC-95", it has a gorgeous strawberry-like aroma and a taste with a good balance of rich acidity and sweetness.
