"Choi Rich" is a series based on the concept of "enjoying a slightly more luxurious experience than the everyday casual drinking experience." This product is a Junmai Daiginjo brewed with our own in-house NATSUKI yeast, using Yamada Nishiki rice (polished 40%) and Aizubange rice (polished 47%).
The taste is characterized by the rich and gorgeous aroma of NATSUKI yeast, the sweetness produced by Yamadanishiki koji, and the gentle sweetness that is characteristic of Yume no Ka.
