原料米高騰による価格改定に伴い、「ちょいリッチ」は、令和7醸造年度より「まああリッチ」へシリーズのネーミングを変更。「普段気軽に飲む酒よりもそれなりの贅沢な時間を楽しんでいただきたい」をコンセプトとしたシリーズです。
この商品は、麹米に「山田錦」（精米歩合40%）、掛米に会津坂下産「福乃香」（精米歩合47%）を使用し、自社酵母（NATSUKI酵母）と協会1801号により醸した純米大吟醸の、1回火入れです。
NATSUKI酵母による豊かで華やかな香り、山田錦による強い麹が生み出す甘味と味幅、甘さを感じつつもドライにまとまる味わいです。
