Kame no O rice from each year from 2019 to 2023 was stored. In 2024, it was brewed with the same brewing ratio at 47% rice polishing and the original NATSUKI yeast, and each bottled in five 300ml bottles. The sixth bottle is a blend of these five varieties from each year (total of 300ml x 6 bottles). It comes with a special tote bag.
This is a rare project that allows you to enjoy the difference in taste depending on the length of storage period of rice. As it is released in limited quantities nationwide, it will be available while supplies last.
