会津産「夢の香」を37%まで磨き、福島県オリジナルの酵母（うつくしま夢酵母F701）、協会Ka8酵母（2024年1月に試験販売が開始され、華やかな香りを持ちつつ、貯蔵による老香の発生を抑えるという特徴を持つ酵母）を用いて醸した純米大吟醸を、搾った当日に直接、瓶へ直汲みした生酒。2021年以来、4年ぶりの発売になります。
直汲みした生酒らしいフレッシュさを感じながら、旨味や甘み、酸味、そしてほのかな苦味が全体を引き締め、天明らしい透明感が包み込み、綺麗にフィニッシュしていく味わいです。
