上槽受け入れタンクより直汲みした無濾過生原酒。アルコール18度ありますが、酸もしっかりとあり旨みと酸のバランスが取れたお酒に仕上がっています。軽く冷やすか、ぬる燗がおすすめです。
夢錦を原料とした純米は毎年2月頃発売になります。ささにごりの次のリリースになります。新酒からも楽しめますが、数年寝かして飲んでもまた変化した風味を楽しめます。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
