This unfiltered sake is drawn directly from the receiving tank. It has an alcohol content of 18% but has a good balance of umami and acidity. We recommend drinking it lightly chilled or warm.
Junmai sake made with Yumenishiki rice is released every year around February. It is the next release after Sasanigori. You can enjoy it as a new sake, but you can also enjoy the changed flavor after aging it for a few years.

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
