毎年夏に発売となる新聞紙シリーズ。山田錦と双璧の雄町米を50％磨いた無濾過生原酒です。新酒でも楽しめますが、個人的には最低1年は熟成した後に飲みたい、それくらいポテンシャルの高いお酒です。山田錦50％と雄町50％は熟成するほど旨味が増し、燗上がりもするので寝かせたお酒も味わっていただきたいお酒です。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
