平成30年（2018年）に醸造した純米吟醸（兵庫県産「山田錦」麹米50%、掛米55%精米）を、あえてタンクに火入れ貯蔵（約7年）し、瓶詰め後に更に冷蔵貯蔵し熟成、2025年12月にリリースされた長期熟成の純米吟醸です。
上品な舌触り、奥行き感のある落ち着いた、バランスの良い味わいです。
人肌からぬる燗でこのお酒の個性が引き立ちます。また軽く冷やすとまろやかさが引き立ちます。特に出汁を生かした和食と良く合います。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture/Chochin Sake Brewery )

This brewery was founded in the late Edo period in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture. The name "Chochin" was chosen by the previous generation with the aim of brewing a rare yet delicious sake that would be loved for a long time and highly valued throughout the ages. The popular product is the limited edition "Newspaper Series," which is wrapped in newspaper to protect sake from light, which is the enemy of sake.
