「山田錦」を100%使用し静岡酵母で醸し、瓶内二次発酵によりきめ細やかな泡を瓶の中に閉じ込めた、うすにごりのスパークリング清酒。350mlの飲み切りサイズで、乾杯酒としてはもちろん、和食・中華・肉料理・スパイシーな一皿など、幅広いシーンで"食中酒"としてもお楽しみいただけます。

＊ご注意：火入れ処理をしていますので再発酵はしませんが、液中に炭酸を含んでいます。ふきこぼれを防ぐため、必ず開栓前に冷蔵庫や氷水で5℃以下に冷やして下さい。顔を近づけたり、人に向けたり、振ったりせず、少しずつガスを抜くイメージで開栓して下さい。

Producer/Brewery ( Shizuoka Prefecture/Hatsukame Brewery )

Founded in 1636 (Kan'ei 13), this is the oldest sake brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture, located in Fujieda City. It was one of the first breweries in the country to start making ginjo sake, and in 1967 (Showa 42), it won first place in three major sake tasting competitions, instantly making it famous nationwide.
