This is a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo unpasteurized sake (pasteurized) made with the rare Aizan rice variety, which has its roots in the king of sake rice varieties, Yamada Nishiki, and the oldest sake rice variety, Omachi, and brewed with CEL-24 yeast.
You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma, rich fruitiness, silky smooth texture, clear and firm acidity, and the deep, three-dimensional flavor that can only be found in Aizan.
