This product is part of a series of sakes released every year with different rice varieties, and is a version made with Kochi Prefecture's "Gin no Yume" rice. We recommend comparing it with the regular "Hattan Nishiki" sake. Like the regular sake, this unpasteurized Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed with 50% polished rice using Kochi yeast CEL-24, which produces a gorgeous aroma.
It has a unique aroma reminiscent of ripe pineapple, and the balance of sourness and sweetness is excellent, making it a flavor that even those unfamiliar with sake can enjoy.
