Unlike the standard product, this limited edition sake is made using "Tosa Urara," a rice variety ideal for sake brewing grown in Kochi Prefecture. It is a pure rice ginjo unpasteurized sake made with Kochi yeast CEL-24, which produces a gorgeous aroma.
It has a unique aroma reminiscent of ripe pineapple, and the balance of sourness and sweetness is excellent, making it a flavor that even those unfamiliar with sake can enjoy.
