拠点がある兵庫県黒田庄地区で収穫された「2024年産山田錦」の個性を表現した限定酒の第3弾、「第五幕」となります。
第四幕では「酸による新たなエレガンスな輪郭」を描き出すことに挑戦しましたが、この第五幕では、2010年から山田錦の栽培に着手し、試行錯誤しながら、ようやく、2024年に「大粒」の山田錦を収穫できたことから、この大粒の山田錦の個性を最大限に表現しています。
※商品名にある「萌玉（ほうぎょく）」は、大地に宿る生命が息づく米の一粒の意味が込められています。

Producer/Brewery ( Aichi Prefecture / Banjo Jozo (brewer Kuheiji) )

This brewery was founded in 1647 and is located in Nagoya City. As their flagship brand "Kojibito Kuheiji" suggests, they cherish the bitterness, astringency, and acidity that people find unpleasant, and create natural, three-dimensional sake that is infused with and harmonizes the "diverse aromas " and "five flavors ." We place particular emphasis on the quality of the acidity, and ``beautiful, elegant acidity'' is the core of all our products.

Additionally, under the name Domaine Kuheisi, the company has been producing wine in Morey-Saint-Denis, Burgundy since 2016, and is attracting a great deal of attention for going beyond the traditional boundaries of alcoholic beverages and exploring new possibilities.
