This white label plum wine will be released in spring and summer and is made using frozen Takada plums from Aizu and Bungo plums from Aomori Prefecture, along with sake brewed by Akebono Shuzo. It is extracted at low temperatures in a refrigerator at 1 to 3 degrees for about a year.
This plum wine has a light, sour taste with a predominantly sour flavor and a clean aftertaste.
