Koji rice: Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, Kakemai: Yumenishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. Brewed at 55% polished rice, bottled unfiltered. Pasteurized. A classic Junmai Ginjo.
A mellow, dry sake with plenty of flavor that you'll never tire of. We also recommend drinking it warm.
