This is a pure Yamahai junmai sake made with Yumenishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 55%. It has been aged for three years. It has the perfect acidity and richness of the Yamahai rice. It is recommended to drink it chilled, or at room temperature or warm to bring out the aroma of Hyogo Yumenishiki.
