The product name "Soshu" comes from the fact that the brewery is located on the island of Koshiki, which is also called Koshikishu. This product is a new sweet potato shochu made from Kogane Senkan shochu brewed with white koji, distilled at normal pressure, and immediately bottled without filtering or adding water.
Drinking it on the rocks lets you fully experience the unique flavor of new shochu.

This shochu brewery was founded in 1908 and is located on Shimokoshikijima Island in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture. The product name "Soshu" comes from the fact that the island where the brewery is located is also called "Soshu."
