This is the first new sake released by Suigei this season. It is a special pure rice sake made using the ginjo brewing method, with the rice polished to 55% of the ginjo level, and is not pasteurized at all.
The fresh aroma of freshly pressed sake is unique to this season. This rich-tasting Junmai sake is characterized by its powerful and crisp taste. Its strong acidity enhances its flavor even after aging, so it is recommended to let it sit and drink it.
This is a rare drink that is only available for a limited time.
