Tenmei's main product is the classic Junmai "Orange Tenmei." It uses Aizu-grown Yamada Nishiki rice (polished to 55%) as the koji rice and Aizu-grown sake-brewing rice (polished to 65%) as the kakemai, and is a blend of sake brewed with two types of yeast: their own yeast and Tsukushima Yume yeast F701.
The taste expresses Tenmei's ideal of the best balance of "umami, sweetness, and acidity" and clarity.
