This is the first time that Yamada Nishiki rice from Aizu has been used in the Nakadori series as part of the koji rice and kakemai rice. This sake offers a fresh, grapefruit-like aroma with a rich, apple-like aroma, just the right amount of umami and sweetness, and a refreshing, sparkling bitterness that is balanced by a gentle acidity, creating a fresh, new-brewed flavor.
