The theme of Nakadori No. 5 is "sweet." This unfiltered sake is made using locally-produced Yume no Kaori rice and our own yeast, blended with moromi (a type of mash) and kimoto moromi (a type of mash). The gentle flavor of Yume no Kaori is combined with the strawberry-like fruitiness of the moromi and the acidity of the kimoto moromi.
