Marking 25 years since the launch of the Tenmei brand, "Midori no Tenmei," a blend of three types of sake, will be remodeled into "Tsukishiro no Tenmei" starting with the 6th brewing year of Reiwa 4. This unpasteurized sake is made from 100% Aizu Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 50%, and brewed with malic acid-rich yeast and Association No. 1001, giving it a cute apple-like acidity, focusing on the balance of sweetness and acidity.
