曙酒造は2017年から復興応援として興こし酒プロジェクト「絆舞」に参加しています。この活動から、「今こそ全国の絆で日本を元気に！」との想いをもとに、全国47都道府県260地域から送られたお米がブレンドされています。
そのため、商品名「絆舞」にも、飲めば思わず舞い踊りたくなるような酒に仕上がってほしいとの願いに加え、「舞」と「米」とを掛け、全国の絆によりできた酒であることを表現しています。
この「芳酔」は、ブレンドされた原料米を47%精米、酵母に福島県オリジナルのうつくしま夢酵母を使用し醸した大吟醸（１回火入れ）です。芳醇かつ豊かな味わいです。
