This pure rice sake is made using newly harvested Mizuho Kogane rice, an extremely early-ripening variety from Aizu. Based on the concept of "a balance of umami, sweetness, and acidity," Zero Gou balances the highest acidity and sweetest flavor of the Tenmei series with the umami of Mizuho Kogane, a table-grade rice, to express the clarity that is characteristic of Tenmei.
