Collection: - Japanese liqueur -
Under Japan's Liquor Tax Act, liqueurs are defined as "alcoholic beverages made from alcoholic beverages, sugars, or other ingredients, with an extract content of 2% or more (excluding sake, synthetic sake, shochu, mirin, beer, fruit liquor, sweet fruit liquor, whiskey, brandy, raw alcohol, happoshu, other brewed alcohol, and powdered alcohol)." This is a rather difficult definition to understand, but it primarily includes plum liquor and products that use various fruits.
We will also introduce "Hon Mirin" and "Akazake", which are popular among professional chefs.
