This Junmai sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 70% and pasteurized only once before bottling. The blue bottle adds a refreshing touch to your dining table and is only available during the summer.
It has the strong acidity and robust quality of Akishika at its base, but also has a sharp finish, making it perfect for summer. We recommend drinking it chilled.
