無農薬の自家栽培米を使った「へのへのもへじ」シリーズ。この商品は、この「もへじ」が大きく描かれた、特別限定の「でかもへじ」。自営田で循環農法により栽培された無農薬・無化学肥料の「山田錦」を60%精米し、生酛仕込みで醸した純米の、無濾過生原酒です。2025/1に上槽し、約1年熟成させ出荷されています。
熟成によりまろやかさを増した旨味・コクを楽しめます。
