無農薬の自家栽培米を使った「へのへのもへじ」シリーズ。この商品は、自営田で循環農法により栽培された無農薬・無化学肥料の「雄町」を70%精米し、山廃仕込みで醸した純米の、無濾過生原酒。蔵内3年熟成の後、出荷されています。辛口タイプですが、自家栽培の「雄町」ならではのしっかりとした米の旨みを中心に山廃仕込みによる複雑な旨味や個性的な酸が絡み、無濾過生原酒の滑らかさと熟成によるまろやかさが包み込む味わいです。
