This fragrant drink is made with plenty of Japanese sake and domestic yuzu juice. When you put it in your mouth, the refreshing acidity envelops your tongue, and you can feel the refreshing flavor of the original yuzu with little bitterness.
We recommend drinking it on the rocks or with soda.

Producer/Brewery ( Hyogo Prefecture/Izumi Sake Brewery (Sensuke) )

This brewery in Kobe was founded during the Horeki era (mid-Edo period). It faced the hardship of losing its brewery to fire in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of 1995, but made a spectacular comeback in 2007. Its main brand, "Sensuke," comes from the name of the first brewer, "Izumi Sensuke."
