令和7年度産の新米_麹米に兵庫県産「山田錦」、掛米に「兵庫錦」を使用し65%精米で醸した特別純米の、しぼりたて無濾過生原酒です。
開栓時は軽快なガス感を感じ、口に含むと芳醇で優しい甘みや旨味、程よいフルーティーな酸が混ざり合い、口中に広がります。

Producer/Brewery ( Hyogo Prefecture/Izumi Sake Brewery (Sensuke) )

This brewery in Kobe was founded during the Horeki era (mid-Edo period). It faced the hardship of losing its brewery to fire in the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake of 1995, but made a spectacular comeback in 2007. Its main brand, "Sensuke," comes from the name of the first brewer, "Izumi Sensuke."
