This is a rare four-year-aged aged sake for Mansaku no Hana. Brewed with Kame no O rice, which the brand has been working on for many years, the Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Kame Label was released in March 2020 and aged in a thermal tank as a raw sake without pasteurization. After release, the sake is stored in ice for approximately three years to stabilize its quality, and then aged at approximately 15°C for one year, resulting in a vintage-style aged sake. It features a rich sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar, and a soft flavor with concentrated acidity and umami.

Founded in 1689, this brewery is located in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture. They brew over 50 types of sake every year, all of which are prepared using the ginjo method. To achieve this, while still maintaining a foundation of handmade production, they are striving to achieve a high level of quality and mechanization by installing and expanding small-capacity tanks to accommodate small-lot brewing and custom-ordering an automatic koji-making machine.
