酒米のダイヤモンドと言われる希少な兵庫県産「愛山」を50%精米し醸した純米大吟醸で、槽で搾ってから最小限の濾過を行い瓶詰め（1回火入れ）しています。
商品名のMonarch（モナーク）は皇帝の意であるモナークバタフライに由来。ラベルにあるオレンジの蝶はモナークバタフライをイメージしています。

上品で果実様の香り、優しいお米の旨味が口中に広がり、美しい余韻が長く続く味わいです。

Founded in the late Meiji period, the brewery moved to Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture and established its company in 1951. Based on small-scale, handmade production, the brewery manages every step of the process to bring out the vibrant fruity flavors.
