新潟県産「五百万石」を55%精米し、低温長期発酵で醪を造り、贅沢にヤエガキの槽でしぼり、最高の状態を保つためにしぼりたてのお酒に火入れを行った純米吟醸（1回火入れ）です。昨年までは生酒での発売でしたが、今年はあえて1回火入れ。柑橘系の香り、柔らかな口当たり、滑らかな舌触り、山田錦よりキレイでシャープな味わいです。

Producer/Brewery ( Gunma Prefecture / Matsuya Sake Brewery (Ruka) )

Founded in the late Meiji period, the brewery moved to Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture and established its company in 1951. Based on small-scale, handmade production, the brewery manages every step of the process to bring out the vibrant fruity flavors.
