Time Machine, made using Edo-period methods, contains seven times more amino acids than traditional modern sake. This is one of the reasons why, even at the freshly pressed stage, it has a pale amber color reminiscent of traditionally aged sake aged 5 to 10 years.
This "vintage" version is a long-aged sake that has been bottled for over three years, and the effects of aging have given it a deeper, more beautiful color and a richer flavor.
When it is new sake, the aroma is reminiscent of mitarashi dango, but it changes over time, and elements such as raisins, figs, and Nara pickles are added, allowing you to enjoy a complex blend of aromas.

(Note) The sediment may decrease, but this will not affect the flavor or quality.
