蔵椿・蔵桜・藏藤・蔵薔薇と続く「蔵シリーズ」は、蔵を取り巻く植物をモチーフに、福島県の会津坂下町で育った人と米、福島県オリジナル酵母でこの土地の表現を目指したシリーズ、全て純米吟醸のおりがらみで、１回火入れとなります。
今年の第3弾「蔵藤」は、地元福島県坂下町産「五百万石」を100%使用、57%精米で醸した、おりがらみの純米吟醸（1回火入れ）です。華やかな香り、フルーティーな舌触りに澱がうっすらと絡み、フレッシュな味わいを楽しめます。
