Flavor dry

The Aruga Branca series pursues a deep crispness. This Densho is a new series of dry "orange wines" (orange wines made from white grapes using the same fermentation method as red wine, without removing the skins or seeds).
(Tasting Comments) A brilliant pale gold color, with aromas of apple compote, yellow fruits such as tropical fruits and bananas, loquat, Darjeeling tea leaves, smoked food, and a hint of grass clippings that add freshness. The beautifully blended aromas of the barrel and lactic acid fermentation bring sweetness and complexity. It is not overly oxidative in style, but rather firm and taut, with a fine and delicate texture. You can feel the rough tannins on the tongue, and the crisp acidity, combined with the astringency, contracts the mouth. The alcohol content is low, and continues seamlessly from the mouth to the aftertaste.
