Blanquette de Limoux Cuvée Prestige Brut

Nicolas, the son of owner Michel, created Blanquette de Limoux, a wine that continues the Roger family tradition while also incorporating his own unique style. The vineyards are located in the sunny hills of the Limoux region, and the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged for 12 months. Its pale straw color and aromas of flowers, lemon, and melon are vibrant and creamy, with a well-balanced texture and complex flavors.
