Hudlot Baillet Bourgogne Blanc Cuvee Famille 2022

In recent years, the Chambolle-Musigny producer, Ydelot Baillet, has grown into one of the leading producers. He is currently gaining attention as a rising star in Chambolle. In 2017, Wine Advocate rated Ydelot Baillet highly, stating, "Ydelot Baillet has reached a high level of quality."
The grapes used for the red wine are 100% destemmed and fermented using only natural yeast. The red wine is then aged in barrels for 12 to 16 months, and the white wine for 10 to 12 months. Three different types of barrels are used for each cuvée to express the fruitiness, structure, and mellowness of the wine.
This cuvée, named "Family Cuvée," was the brainchild of Dominique Le Guen's father-in-law in 2009. Made with Pinot Blanc, it offers a rich, fruity aroma of apricot and ripe pineapple, complemented by a mellow minerality.
