Murofushi Winery K24FY_SR_77 2024 (white)

Murofushi Winery is a new yet accomplished winery established in 2021 in Murofushi, Makioka-cho, Yamanashi City, by Takeshi Kobayashi, a pioneering figure and key figure in improving the quality and expanding the possibilities of Japanese wine, including during his time at Shion Brewery. Aiming to create the "ultimate table wine," Murofushi Wine places emphasis on a smooth, easy-to-drink wine that can be enjoyed by young people and those new to wine.
This white wine is a blend of Delaware and Koshu grapes. The gorgeousness of the Delaware and the delicate aroma of the Koshu blend beautifully, resulting in a juicy, moist, and versatile flavor. By taking advantage of the acidity of the grapes harvested early in response to the extreme heat of 2024, the wine has a crisp, well-defined finish.
