Flavor Full Body

Founded in 1960, this small-scale wine producer employs traditional methods, including placing harvested grapes in fermentation tanks to minimize crushing, avoiding the use of pumps to avoid tiring the juice, instead moving the grapes in buckets, and reducing the number of punch downs. All harvesting is done by hand (100% destemming). They also strictly limit artificial and chemical intervention, including chemical-free pest control, to produce high-quality wines that are environmentally friendly. The average age of the vines is 30 to 40 years. In recent years, they have introduced the same sorting machine used by DRC (Domaine de la Romanée-Conti), which allows them to select only sweet, ripe grapes free of impurities or greenness, regardless of the vintage, dramatically improving the quality of their wines.
With many female staff members, the wines also reflect a feminine delicacy. In recent years, the winery has undergone a remarkable transformation from a classic style to one brimming with elegance, and its flavor has been highly praised in wine review magazines, making it a winemaker to watch out for in the future.
