Sanchez Romate is located in the center of Jerez de la Frontera, next to the famous Sandeman. Founded in 1781, the company produced its first brandy solera in 1887. Backed by its long history, the company continues to produce its wines using traditional methods to this day.
This product is a "Fino", a dry, yeast-aged sherry.
(Tasting notes) Delicate yet powerful, with aromas of yeast, freshly baked bread and almonds. Slightly bitter, very dry and nutty, with a persistent finish.
